👩🏻‍🏫 Nargiza Khushbokova is a visionary educational leader, entrepreneur, and certified teacher trainer with extensive experience in teacher education, institutional management, and business operations in the UK and Central Asia. She has been active in the TESOL and teacher training sector since 2017, with a strong focus on advancing professional development opportunities for educators in Uzbekistan and beyond.
 

As the Founder and Managing Director of TESOL International Teacher
Training (formerly TESOL Asia International), she has established a respected platform for delivering OFQUAL-regulated teacher training, TESOL, TEFL, CLIL, and IELTS preparation programs, both inperson and online. 

Nargiza also brings valuable UK-based experience from working in secondary schools across East and West London and has actively contributed to business management and education consultancy projects in the UK.
